Terms
& Conditions.

These terms cover your use of our website and any estimates, designs or messages you get from The Container Pool Company, LLC (“we,” “us”) before you sign a project contract. By using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Effective date: October 12, 2026

Using the site

You must be 18 or older to request a quote. Please use the site for its intended purpose. Don't submit false information, upload anything you don't have the right to share, interfere with the site's security or operation, or scrape or copy it in bulk.

Quotes, prices and availability

  • Estimates are not offers. Starting prices, ranges and estimates on the site or in early conversations are for planning only. Your price is set only by a written proposal or contract signed by both of us.
  • What changes a price: site conditions, access, soil and slope, distance and freight, permit requirements, selected features, and material and equipment costs can all change the final price.
  • Prices may change. We may change published prices, models and features at any time without notice. A signed contract locks in your price as stated in that contract.
  • Lead times are estimates. Fabrication, freight and installation timelines depend on shop schedules, weather, permits, inspections and site readiness. We can't guarantee them before a contract is signed.
  • Submitting a quote request doesn't reserve a build slot or commit either of us to anything.

Designs and renderings

3D models, plan drawings and photo renderings, including AI-assisted images, show design intent. They are not construction documents or exact representations. Actual colors, finishes, dimensions, placement and surroundings will vary. Property lines, elevations and aerial imagery we pull from public sources are approximations. They are not a survey. Only a licensed surveyor can confirm boundaries, setbacks and easements.

Photos and information you send us

You keep ownership of the photos, plans and other material you send us. By sending them, you confirm you have the right to share them. You also give us permission to use them, and to have our partners and service providers use them, to evaluate, design, price and build your project. That includes creating renderings of your property. We won't publish your photos or identify your property publicly without your permission.

Text messages

By giving us your mobile number, you agree that we may text you about your inquiry and project. Marketing texts are sent only if you've agreed to receive them. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Our content

The site's text, photos, videos, designs, renderings, pool configurations, logos and brand names belong to us or our licensors. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, sell or reuse our content, or our designs and renderings, without our written permission. That includes using our designs to have a pool built by someone else. Designs we prepare for you remain ours until your project contract says otherwise.

Your project contract comes first

If you buy a pool or hire us, your signed contract governs scope, price, payments, schedule, warranty, delivery and risk of loss. If the contract and these terms conflict, the contract wins.

Shipped pools (outside our install area)

Unless your contract says otherwise, you are responsible for local permits and inspections, site preparation, the foundation or pad, utilities, crane and placement, and hiring licensed local trades. We provide preparation specifications and support. The site's information is not a substitute for advice from a licensed engineer, contractor or your local building authority.

General information only

Guides, FAQs, cost ranges and maintenance tips on the site are general information. They aren't engineering, legal or financial advice. Permit, barrier and safety rules vary by city, county, state and HOA, so always confirm with the local authority. Pools can be dangerous: supervise children, and install required fencing, gates, alarms and covers.

Links to other sites

The site may link to other websites, such as maps, partners or social media. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or privacy practices.

Disclaimers

The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties about the site, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy. Warranties for pools and installation work are provided only in your written contract.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the site, or from estimates, designs or information provided before a signed contract. Our total liability for any claim related to the site is limited to $100. Liability for a project is governed by your contract. Some states don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

Indemnity

You agree to cover our reasonable losses and legal fees if a claim against us results from your misuse of the site, your breach of these terms, or material you submitted that you didn't have the right to share.

Resolving disputes

If something goes wrong, contact us first. Most problems get solved with a phone call. Before either of us files a claim, we both agree to try to resolve it informally for 30 days after written notice. These terms are governed by Texas law. Any court case about the site or these terms will be brought in the state or federal courts of Tarrant County, Texas, unless your contract or the law where you live requires otherwise.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll post the new version here with a new effective date. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the updated terms.

Everything else

If any part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies. If we don't enforce a term right away, we haven't given up the right to enforce it later. These terms and our Privacy Policy are the full agreement about your use of the site. Your project contract covers your project.

The Container Pool Company specializes in the design, planning, and coordination of custom container pool projects. We work with independent fabrication shops, licensed trades where required, and experienced construction partners to bring each project to life. Depending on the project, certain services may be performed under separate agreements with third-party contractors. All designs, renderings, pricing estimates, and timelines are preliminary and subject to site conditions, engineering requirements, permits, contractor availability, and final written agreements. The Container Pool Company does not directly perform all fabrication, construction, or installation services.
